How to add a form or quiz to your page

Last updated July 7, 2026

Quick answer

Add a form link in your page editor and paste your Google Form, Typeform or Tally link. Visitors tap the button and open your form or quiz in their browser. It is perfect for a fun quiz, feedback, a booking request, or collecting leads, with nothing to build.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Make your form or quiz

Build it in Google Forms, Typeform or Tally. A short quiz, a feedback form, or a sign-up list all work.

  2. 2

    Copy the share link

Open your form, tap Share, and copy the link. For Google Forms it looks like forms.gle/...

  3. 3

    Add the form block

In your page editor, add the Form or quiz link, paste your link, and name the button, for example Take our quiz or Send feedback.

  4. 4

    Publish and test

Publish, then tap the button on your phone to check it opens your form.

Why put a form or quiz on your page

A form turns a visitor into a response. A quick quiz is fun and gets people interacting, a feedback form shows you care, and a sign-up form collects leads you can follow up with. All from one tap, with no website needed.

Any form tool works

Google Forms, Typeform and Tally all give you a share link. Paste it into your murls page and you are done. When you update the form, the link stays the same, so your page is always current.

Keep it short

The shorter the form, the more people finish it. Ask for the few things you actually need, and put the button where visitors are most engaged, near the top or under your main offer.
