Why customers leave without messaging you

People who leave rarely tell you why. They wanted one specific thing, could not find it in a few seconds, and moved on. These are the five things they were looking for.
1. What it costs
The most common silent exit. If someone cannot tell whether you are in their range, most will not ask. A starting price keeps them reading.
2. Whether you are open
If it is evening and nothing says whether you are open, the safe assumption is no. Hours, or a live open status, answer this without anyone asking.
3. Where you are, exactly
An area name is not enough when someone is deciding whether to travel. A map link that opens directions removes the guesswork.
4. Whether you are real
A stranger has no way to know. Photos of actual work, real reviews, and a page that opens fast all do this job quietly.
5. How to reach you without a phone call
A lot of people will message and will not ring. If chat is not offered, they do not switch to calling, they leave.
The pattern
Every one is an unanswered question, and every one is answerable in advance. That is the whole job of the page: answer the five things before someone has to ask, because most of them never will.
