Make it easy for customers to pay you

The customer is ready to pay. "Send me your account number." You type it out, again, into another chat. They double-check it is the right one, ask if a wallet works, and the easy moment turns into back-and-forth.

The moment someone decides to pay is precious. If paying you is confusing, you lose sales at the finish line. Put your payment options on your page instead: bank transfer details, mobile wallet numbers, any payment link you use. A customer who can see exactly how to pay, pays faster and with fewer questions. Place it next to your menu and a WhatsApp button so the path from "I want this" to "paid" is short.
