Put your link on receipts and packaging

Print your link, or a code for it, on anything a customer takes home. Someone who has already bought from you is far easier to bring back than a stranger, and this costs almost nothing.
Where it works
- Receipts, which people keep for longer than you expect
- Bags, boxes and wrapping
- Stickers on the product itself
- A small card in the parcel
- The bottom of an invoice or a quote
Why it beats a leaflet
A leaflet is thrown away because it is advertising. A code on the packaging is on something the customer chose to take, and they scan it when they want something rather than when you want them to.
Say what is behind it
A bare code gets ignored. A line of text gets scanned. "Scan for hours and to reorder" or "Scan to book again" tells them why they should bother.
Print once, change anything later
A printed code should point at a page you can edit, not at a specific product or offer. Then when your hours, prices or menu change, everything already printed stays correct.
Test before you order a thousand
Print one, scan it with an old phone, in the light where it will actually be read. Then order the rest.
